Fundraising

One of SWE PTO's main goals is to enhance and support the school and all its students by providing  funding for items & experiences not covered by district and state budgets. Our SWE PTO has many fundraising opportunities for you to help our school raise money. Every dollar counts! 

You can also help raise money for Summerwood Elementary by:

• participating in Boosterthon
• participating in Family Fun Night
• attending as many Spirit Nights as possible 
• donating money  - you can donate directly to the PTO HERE 
• shopping at Holiday Market 
• sending in teacher appreciation items
• collecting BoxTops
• choosing Summerwood Elementary PTO as your charity!

Over the past few years, the SWE PTO has enriched the lives and learning of our children in many ways, some of which include:

• iPads, iPad cases, iPad docking/charging stations
• Chromebooks
• Bluebonnet Reading List Books for the Library
• Teacher Grants for Professional Development and Classroom Items
• Field Trips
• Cultural experiences for each grade
• New library furnishings
• New playground shade structures for all students
• And MUCH, MUCH MORE!
